Positioning NC´s for Press Break and Shears
Fagor Automation presents the NC's for press brakes (NC 200 PB)
and for shears (NC-10/20. The programmable NC 200 PB has been
designed for conventional upstroke and downstroke models and permits
controlling the final bending position
Certain
models offer an optional linear encoder or potentiometer for decoding
the intermediate ram positions. Fagor Automation has also developed
a linear encoder with a special guide that ensures that the machine
deflection does not affect the bending angle on press brakes that
are synchronized with a CNC.
The NC-10/20 is especially designed for 1 or
2-axis shears. It may be used to move in JOG mode or to a preset
coordinate. It offers digital outputs to control auxiliary mechanical
devices: sheet holders and shear up-down. It also has a parts
counter.
